What we do and don't collect

Your searches

Name searches are performed by your own browser, talking directly to the public domain registries over RDAP. They are not sent to our servers (this site has none for that purpose) and are not stored anywhere by us. Your browser may keep recent results in its own local storage for up to 30 minutes so repeat checks are fast — clearing your browser data removes them.

Cookies and tracking

We set no tracking or advertising cookies. Two preferences are stored in your browser's local storage: your light/dark theme choice, and whether you dismissed the install suggestion (so it stays dismissed for about a month). Search results may be kept in your browser's own session storage for up to 30 minutes so repeat checks are fast. At launch we run no analytics provider; if one is ever added, it will be privacy-conscious and this page will be updated first.

Email enquiries

The contact and concierge forms open your own email app with a draft. If you send it, you are emailing Contact@BrandingSME.com directly, and its content is handled like any personal email: read by us, used to reply, never sold. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as the conversation needs.

Registrar links

Registrar links may carry affiliate parameters so the registrar knows the visit came from here. Clicking one means the registrar's privacy policy applies from that point.

Children's data

A parent may search a child's name — that search happens in the parent's browser and is not stored by us. We never ask for, and have no facility to receive, information about children.

Changes

If this practice ever changes, the change will be described here with its date before it takes effect. Questions: contact us.
